The Pronation / Supination Handle an A-series pulley accessory. It is a specialty bar assisting rehabilitation of the forearm and wrist. The rope / hook from the pulley attached to the islets shown in front of the grip. The lever arm is increased by attaching the pulley hook further away from the grip making the exercise more difficult to do.
