The eccentric wheel is an acute / sub-acute A-Series pulley accessory. It removes the eccentric resistance component of an exercise promoting soft tissue circulation after an injury. It also removes the eccentric load on non-contractile tissue (collagen) during early stages of soft tissue repair.
